Our Story

If you’ve ever reheated the same cup of coffee three times, forgotten why you walked into a room, stepped over a basket of laundry for three days straight, and wondered how everyone else seems to have it all together…

You’re my people.

Hi, friend. I’m Rita.

I’m a wife, mom of four, and the founder of Wicked Farmhouse. My husband Nick and I have been together since high school, and these days our life revolves around sports schedules, school events, farm life, endless loads of laundry, and all the beautiful chaos that comes with raising a family.

Like most moms, I spend my days juggling a hundred things at once. Some days I feel like I live on coffee that’s been reheated three times and a to do list that somehow gets longer instead of shorter. There are dishes in the sink, shoes in the hallway, laundry waiting to be folded, and always one more thing that needs my attention.

For a long time, I thought what I wanted was a perfectly clean home But what I eventually realized was that I wasn’t looking for perfection.

I was looking for peace.

I wanted a home that felt welcoming after a hard day. I wanted simple routines that made life feel a little lighter. I wanted my family to walk through the door and feel comfort, warmth, and love.

That desire became even more important during one of the hardest seasons of my life.

After experiencing a second term miscarriage, I found myself in a very dark place. Life didn’t stop, even though part of me wanted it to. I still had two little girls who needed their mom. My husband still went to work every day. The laundry still had to be washed. Dinner still had to be made, and somehow, I still had to keep moving forward.

During that season, I found comfort in the smallest things. Lighting a candle while I cleaned the kitchen. The smell of fresh laundry coming out of the dryer. Wiping down the counters before bed.

Those simple routines became anchors for me. They gave me something familiar to hold onto when life felt heavy. They reminded me that even in difficult seasons, there could still be light, comfort, and peace inside the walls of our home.

What started as making products for my own family in 2018 slowly grew into something much bigger. I realized I wasn’t the only woman feeling overwhelmed. I wasn’t the only mom trying to hold everything together. And I certainly wasn’t the only person looking for simple ways to make home feel a little better.

Today, Wicked Farmhouse is more than candles, cleaners, and home fragrance. It’s a Home Reset Company built around one simple belief:

Your home doesn’t have to be perfect to feel beautiful.

Everything we create is designed to help busy families create simple routines, comforting spaces, and homes that feel like a place you actually want to be.

That’s why our philosophy is simple:

Do More With Less

Not less comfort. Not less quality.

Less clutter. Less overwhelm.

Less products competing for space under your sink.

We believe your home doesn’t need more products. It needs better, multi purpose products.

Products that work harder. Products that serve multiple purposes. Products that simplify your routines instead of adding to them.

Because when life is already busy, the last thing you need is a different bottle for every single task. That’s why Wicked Farmhouse is built around helping you do more with less.

More time for the people and moments that matter most. At the end of the day, Wicked Farmhouse isn’t really about candles, laundry detergent, or cleaning products.

It’s about creating small moments of comfort in the middle of real life. It’s about finding peace in the everyday. It’s about creating routines that make home feel a little lighter and life feel a little simpler. And it’s about helping you create a home that feels like your favorite place to be.

From our family to yours, thank you for supporting this dream, this business, and everything Wicked Farmhouse has become.

We’re so glad you’re here.

🤍 Rita
