How long does it take to receive my order?
Every Wicked Farmhouse order is made in small batches. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipping or pickup. Busy seasons and sales may take a little longer.
What makes Wicked Farmhouse different?
We're a small Texas family business making home fragrance and cleaning products for real life. Our goal is to help you do more with less, with products that work hard, smell amazing, and make everyday routines a little cozier.
Is local pickup available?
Yes! Local pickup is available in Ivanhoe and Bonham. Select an available pickup option at checkout and wait for your ready-for-pickup notification. Pickup locations don't keep our inventory on hand.
Can I return or exchange products?
Because our products are handmade, all sales are final. Opened or used products cannot be returned. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or there's another issue, please contact us so we can help.
How do subscriptions work?
For eligible products, choose the Home Reset Club subscription option and select the frequency offered on the product page. Your order renews automatically with the displayed savings. You can manage, skip, or cancel future renewals through your subscription account.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is a flat $11.99, and orders over $125 qualify for free shipping. Your final shipping options and total appear at checkout.
Are your products handmade?
Yes! We're a small family business in Texas. We make our products in small batches and label and pack every order with care.
Are your products all natural?
Our products are made with thoughtfully chosen plant-based and coconut-derived ingredients. We keep our formulas as natural as possible while making sure they actually work. Because we believe you shouldn't have to sacrifice a clean, cozy home for products that get the job done.
How do I safely burn a dough bowl candle?
Because dough bowls are made of wood, candle care is especially important. Place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface, trim the wick before lighting, keep it away from drafts and flammable objects, and never leave it burning unattended. Stop burning when about 1/2 inch of wax remains, or sooner if the bowl becomes unusually hot. Follow the care card included with your order.
What does do more with less mean?
Your home doesn't need more clutter or complicated routines to feel good. We create thoughtful products that help simplify everyday tasks and leave more room for the cozy moments.

Will I receive tracking information?
For shipped orders, tracking information is sent when your shipping label is created. Carrier updates may take a little time to appear. Local pickup orders receive pickup instructions instead.
How much laundry detergent should I use?
Our laundry detergent is concentrated. Start with about two capfuls per load, and follow the directions on your product label.
Do I need to dilute the all-purpose cleaner?
No! Our all-purpose cleaner is ready to use. Follow the label directions and test a small, hidden area first, especially on delicate finishes.
Are your products safe around pets and children?
Fragrance sensitivities vary. Keep cleaning and fragrance products out of reach of children and pets, use only as directed, and never apply them directly to animals. Ask your veterinarian about any pet-specific concerns.
